Dear Sir/Madam,
I bought the TS-XE8.0TL/R5 on Jan 2013, today one hard drive died and said need replacement, the hard drive unit name is ST3000DM001-9YN1 on the admin page, Could you please show me where I can order the replacement hard drive?
Is there any specification for the replacement?

oh. I did google it but just don't know if it's SATA or SCSI, some articles confused me. :)

Today I checked the terastation, I could not identify the disk error since the system log mentioned all disks are broken, I had raid 10 for all four disks before, now the system changed itself to array 1, disk 1 and disk 2 type raid 10, array 2, disk 3 and disk 4, raid 1.
please give me suggestions if you can through the following log.
