Can Only Log into LS-250 with the Default IP - Please Help

I finally replaced the hard drive in my 250GL.  I was able to use the TFTP method to get firmware on the new drive.  I could see and log into the unit with the default IP (192.168.11.150)  while directly connected to my PC, but when I connect to my router I can't log in with the new IP that has been assigned.  And nor does the navigator see the unit anymore.  DHCP appears to be working, but the assigned IP doesn't work.  I even tried pinging it with no success.  If I hook it back up dircectly to my PC and do a reset, the default IP (192.168.11.150) appears and I can see in with the Navigator and l can log in the web interface.  I truly can't figure this one out.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.
