LinkStation admin login webserver issue

When I log into our LinkStation as the admin user, I am taken to the Local User page for the admin user on the Users/Groups tab.  The problem is, the Users/Groups tab is the ONLY tab available and I cannot leave the local users page.  All the other settings tabs for network, shares, backup, etc are missing.  I need to restore some files from backup, but cannot get to the backup page.  Has anyone ever seen this before? It appears the internal webserver on the unit is freaking out.

I have rebooted it, tried different browsers, different machines, accessing it through NAS Navigator, resetting the admin passowrd (the only thing I CAN do), and even tried to SSH into it (SSH is disabled).  I am at a loss here. I submitted a support request to Buffalo, but I thought I would ask here while I wait.

Thanks!
