TS-HTGLF74 can not delete files "

I see references to this challenge with other models.  When I try to delete I get a message that I need permission from TS-HTGLF74\guest to delete files.  I've tried changing file properties (right click, etc.) to no avail.  As I'm the only person using this, not sure why this happened nor how to fix.

I can't delete nor read. Did you acccess by ftp and see the permission rights? If these are incorrect, you can either not write, not read or not delete (or a combination)
Unfortunately, I don't have the solution yet
