can't access file on LS-WTGL/R1-V3 F/W 3.09 because of no permission

Hi All,

Hope you can help me.
Since a while there a files on my LS-WTGL/R1-V3 F/W 3.09  which I can't access (read) anymore.

Accessing over FTP show that the permissions are RWX-W--W-  with owner/group: nobody/nogroup

I don't have a clue how these permissions got there, but since I don't have a nobody account, I can't read.

Does anyone have a tip to solve this?

Permissions can only be set on the GUI, what permissions are set their?

As you see I currently have access restrictions OFF. I also have tried by switching on, creating a new local user, grant access, use this user etc...
Any thoughts?
