How can I hide the setup card that appears when you login to a Buffalo Airstation running the DD-WRT firmware?

What setup card? Post a screen shot of what you mean and the model and firmware version.
PM me for TFTP / Boot Images / Recovery files  LSRecovery.exe file.

I think he means the one that shows up immediately after you login into the DD-WRT and that gives you the password of your wireless connection. I don't believe there's a way to hide it, just make sure nobody sees it everytime you login. I guess

Any ways to hide the passwords at least??? That is really annoying.

The "setup card" is at [ip address]/index.asp - which is the first page you are taken to if you enter just the ip address in the address bar. It is menu choice setup > basic setup. The "setup card" displays toward the top of this page, just under the 2 horizontal menu lines. A screen-print of this page, with the "setup card" at the top, is below.
