LS-WX2 "E14 Raid Array 1 cannot be mounted

Hello -

The red light on my LS-WX2 is flashing 1-4.  This is the message I get from NAS Navigator2:

"E14: Raid Array 1 cannot be mounted.
I12: Raid array works under degrade mode
I52: Unknown error"

If I try to do "Open Web Setting" I get "This Webpage is Unavailable"

I don't know what to do.  Any help is greatly appreciated.  Thank you so much.

What RAID mode were you using?

Thank you for replying.  I am pretty sure it is Raid 1. It is supposed to be the 2 drives mirroring each other. But I don't know how to check.

Can I shut it down using the power switch on the rear?
