I cannot access my Buffalo Cloud when I am out of state

I setup my Buffalo Cloud at my home in CA.  I am able to access it wirelessly via Home Network using BUFFALO NAS Navigator 2.  I am able to access it wireless via WebAccess while am at home in CA.  So I thought I can access WebAccess even if I am out of state.
I need my files ASAP, but I am here in TN and I never thought that I won't be able to access my Cloud via WebAccess.  Now, I am in a big trouble. :( :( :'(

You didn't open the external port on your router you were using for web access. Without this being done on the router where the linkstation is located you wont be able to access the files remotely.
