Drives on TS-RVH4.0/R6 not recognized

Hello,

Hoping to find a solution to an issue I am having with my Terastation TS-RVH4.0/R6. The server was functional and after transporting the server the drives are not recognized by the server anymore. When I connect a drive to an external USB dock and boot the server using that it comes up fine. I tried re-seating the drives but that has not helped. I am not sure what else to look for. The drives are seen as the leds to indicate the drives do light up.

Please advice.
