We have a TS3400R that we were using as an iSCSI device for a Windows server.

FW was on version 1.21 and the update notification kept saying to update.  Update version is 1.4 something.

System rebooted and came up into EM mode.

Can some kind soul please help -- waht's the easiest way to get it back online?

You should totally call support.

If the data isn't important, then this is an easy one. If it is, then it's less so.
**A single copy of data, even on a RAID array, is NOT a backup! Hard drive failure is not a question of IF, but WHEN! Don't take my word for it, take Google's!**
