Hello. I recently purchased a LS441 and I am trying to use some drives that aren't specifically NAS drives. I have two WDBH2D0010HNC-NRSN that I would like to try to use. I followed the quick setup guide and my device is still starting in EM mode. I currently have an amber light on top and the bottom light is off. Whenever I try to use the firmware updater I get the following message, "No response from LS441DFAF. Please check your network settings. The LS441DFAD and your computer should be on the same subnet. Temporarily disable any firewalls and try again."

I disabled my firewall and that didn't help at all. Am I going to have to buy one of the supported drives, or is it possible to use the drives that I have?

Thanks.
