I copied the files from the Buffalo drive to the PC harddrive.  Ran DriveNavi.exe from the Buffalo drive and selected the option to re-format as NTFS.  An error box pops up saying "There are Not new Drive to be able to format".  I tried a re-boot but same error occurs.  My PC is running Windows XP Pro SP2.  Any ideas are appreciated.

Thanks.

Try reformatting the drive in disk management and see if you get the same errors.
