recieving EM modus on my LS-VL Linkstation pro

Hello

since yesterday I see this on my NAS  ,pl see the attached picture file. http://s13.postimg.org/6edgsc7iv/nas.jpg
it is on a EM modus and asks me to either update or contact the vendor on this issue.
I have tried shutting down the device , wait for hours and then restart it again but the situation remains the same.
Now I can not access any of my data files , can somepne assis me with a solution here ?
also : is there a reset button on the model I have  ? where is it since visually I dont see it on the device itself ?
