what is the max storage a LinkStation 441de can boot with?

I have a 441de with 4 x 5 TB Seagate drives and it will only boot with 3. i doesn't matter which three i have tried multiple combinations and it works every time but only for 3. Every one has been detected independently and formatted by the linkstation with 3 drives But not with 4.


WHATS UP WITH THAT?!?!?! I'm half tempted to return it.

Max = 16TB any combination, 2x8TB RAID0 or 4x4TB RAID0 but nothing larger AFAIK.

If you want larger get a 4000 series terastation.
