Drive Station Duo problems

I have a Drive Station Duo (HD-WLU3R1), and needed to upgrade the drives as I am limited on space. I replaced the two Seagate Barracude 2tb drives with two WD 3.TB Red drives. When I turn on the Drive Station I can hear the drives spin up, followed by a long beep and then everything turns off. Please help me to fix this.
