Model Number:  LS-W1.0TGL/R1

When I turn on the drive and try to access it, I receive the following error:

An error occurred while reconnecting Z: to \\Archive\data

Microsoft Windows Network:  The network path was not found.

When I open the Buffalo NASNavigator 2, the following information is displayed:

Hostname: LS-WTGL-EM095

Product Name:  LS-WTGL/R1-V3

Workgroup: Unknown

IP Address: 192.168.1.199

Subnet Mask: 255.255.255.0

Default Gateway: 192.168.1.1

MAC Address: 00:1D:73:5B:C0:95

In addition, there is a box in the bottom window of the display that says "EM Mode" (red letters)

How do I fix this?

You just need to update the firmware.  Make sure you disable firewalls and close the nas navigator, then download, extract the file and update the firmware by double clicking on the LSUpdater.exe file.
