Linkstation network issue - no networking light

Hi

Hoping someone knows what might be the issue.  I have a Linkstation DUO, LS-WXL series, 6 TB, in Raid1 configuration purchased just last year.

It has been working fine, but I turned it off for a week (on holiday), and after coming back, the networking no longer works.

When starting, the network light for the cable will come on for ~2 seconds, and then go off, and stay off.  I haven't confirmed the HDD's work - since they were mirrored, I"m not too concerned about data recovery yet.   I don't think I'd expect the networking to go offline a second after powering on if there was a problem thought...?

What could be happening, and anyone know how I can bring the networking back online?  (I have tried changing cables to ones that I know work, connecting to different routers/laptops - it is definitely a buffalo issue).

Thanks
