Disabling Sleep Mode on TS-HTGL/R5 F/W 1.35

I upgraded this thing with 4 2TB drives and I'm starting to use it for a lot more than I use to when it was pretty skinny. The problem is I have a few servers here that have become dependent on it and it seems like it's going in to sleep mode when activity stops. So, the next time it wants to access it, it spools up and by that point the remote system assumes its timing out. I've gone through every single menu item to try to find anything with sleep/standby and there doesn't seem to be an option there. Since this is the latest firmware I could find, I'm wondering if there's some other trick to keeping this online 24/7/365?

What's strange is:

I created a scheduled task that goes off every 5 minutes. What it does is execute a batch file on the root of the NAS that writes a log entry with the current time and date. I checked just now, and that has been going off successfully a dozen times since i wrote it. Now, here's what is weird:

I just logged on to one of my file servers to check a file transfer that was in progress and it indicated that the destination was no longer available. I UNC browse to the NAS' share and it works perfect. I keep having the file transfer try and after about 30 seconds, it finally starts copying again.

Maybe this isn't so much an issue with sleep or standby, but something else going on with the NAS rejecting file transfers after a certain point of time?

Any ideas?
