   I did end up loosing everything.  My last reset erased everything and showed the 450GB+ of unused space.  Fortunately, it wasn't anything that couldn't be replaced.  Just was a hassle to rip my CD collection again.  But, hey, at least I now have high quality rips instead of the 128kbps rips from years ago.

   Mine did this after I had a firmware crash, used the beta 2.11 which worked fine, user interface in Japanese was a shock! :-) Changed the language and it's all OK now
