What happened:
A drive failed in my RAID5 array - so I replaced the disk.  The Terastation was rebuilding the array - and so I walked away. A colleague was wondering why he couldn't access the drive.  He pulled out the power and plugged it back in.  Nice.  :)

Where it's at:
It boots up and cycles through various messages but then the display goes a horrible red colour with "Emergency Mode No Array Info".  I can't connect to the interface remotely.

What I've tried:
I've got an exact same TS-X12TL/R5 so I tried moving all four disks to the new unit (just in case the issue was with the case?) - Same result.

My question:
I know exactly which disk had failed in the initial array.  I have the other three disks as well as a new fourth disk.  How do I go about getting to a point where I can rebuild the RAID array from the three good disks?  I'm hoping this is possible...?

Any help/suggestions/comments greatly appreciated - even to say that it should be possible but not sure how.  At the moment, I'm very worried about data loss..........  :'(

Thanks!
