LS421DE Don't recognize my USB external disk

Hello,
i have LS421DE with latest firmware 1.33.
i have WD 3.0 TB USB 3.0 don't recognized.
i tried to shut both NAS and HD down, not working.
tried to see if 32GB DOK is recognized - it does.
so the ports are working .
The HD is working well connected to my pc.

what can i do ?

Hi Turbine,

You are not alone! Few people have encountered same problem including myself. As of today, Buffalo has been "silent" on addressing it.

Since I can manually mount the USB hard disk & use it, I don't bother to trace after Buffalo.
