New router doesn't see HD-H250LAN

I've had this LinkStation for about 15 years (I think), and it's always shown up on my various routers' wired clients table as soon as I connect its ethernet cable to the router. I just bought a new router over the weekend, and this one (tp-link Archer C7) sees my other wired network devices (a WD NAS, printer), but not the LinkStation. I can't get to the web admin for the LinkStation because it doesn't exist on my local network.

My old routers tended to use 192.168.1.1 (or 192.168.100.1) for their local gateway IP, but this new tp-link router uses 192.168.0.1. Is that a problematic IP address for the Linkstation to find? Any other things I can do? Would resetting the LinkStation wipe my data?
