According to disk management, there is no problem, maybe run a chkdsk on the HDD.

I rebooted, and it disappeared again, but it did come back when I unplugged it (power and USB) and plugged it all back in again.  I don't know what the heck the problem is, but at least the computer is finding it again at some point. 

I'll be back if it disappears entirely again!  :)   Thanks!
