TeraStation TSXE8.0TL/R5 doesn't boot

My unit is about a year old.

As I rebooted my pc today, it told me that it could not connect to my network drives (which are mapped drives on the TS). When I looked, it seemed to be fine, but I could not ping it. So I rebooted it.

After 25mins, the screen was still amber and the power light was blinking. So I tried again, this time watching more closely. It powers on, turns on power to the drives and then initializes the SATA 0 channel. IT then says "no init file hdd 1) then changes to "Welcome to Terastation" and continues to show the amber background with the blinking power light.

I can't seem to find any info and have no idea what to do here.  Where do I start? >:(
