Please verify my assumptions on Pro Duo functions

We plan to purchase two Pro Duo Linkstations, but need to verify that what we wish to use them for will work the way we intend.

Pro Duo A will store shared files for our office.  We want Pro Duo A to back up nightly to Pro Duo B using the internal backup option.

All user PCs will be powered down at night.  If we understand correctly, both Pro Duo A and Pro Duo B can be set to sense this and go into "sleep" mode.  (Office policy is that all equipment must be powered down when the office is vacant.)

My question is:  If we schedule the backup for a time when both Pro Duo A and Pro Duo B will be "asleep" will the scheduled backup program in Pro Duo A "wake up" itself and then in turn "wake up" Pro Duo B, in order to complete the nightly backup?  (If we would have to set both units to stay on permanently in order to run the backup, it would probably kill the deal...)

Thanks in advance (aTdHvAaNnKcSe) for your help!

Thank you.  In retrospect that did seem too easy.  We'll have to rethink...
