Buffalo LS-QL-R5 blue light on alternating amber light flashing

User came in and saw Buffalo Linkstation off , user says it was on when he left 3 days ago. User powered on unit and got 1 long red flashing light then 3 short red flashing lights. User un-plugged link station now unit has blue light on with alternating amber light flashing. All disk drives have green lights. Can not access via web browser. Does this mean it is re-building the RAID?
