LS-X3.0TL Drive Image or Clone

After speaking with Buffalo Tech department, it seems my drive is DOA, They told me I could RMA my drive but first I should download Uexplore and pull off all of my data before sending it in. Now that I have completed this task I called back to get a RMA started. After going back over what happened to my drive and what I was instructed to do. They told me I could not RMA my product because it had been opened. So with out going into any more details, the tech department now has asked me to post on the forums for help.

I am looking for a fresh copy / Image or clone of a LSX3.0TL hard drive. I am told it has to be the same Model type. They informed me I could use that image to flash this doa drive into a fresh new drive and install it back into the unit.

I have tried TFTP to the unit which I have never been able to do at all. The unit right now is blinking LED status code 25 firmware updating.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
