I'm really getting frustrated. I can be using a file in one of my shares for hours, then out of the blue, I get drive not available. So, I have to save my file somewhere else. This happens daily.

Has this happened to anyone else? I really want to get rid of this thing. It's so unreliable.

Anyone?  Did I just blow $600 on this piece of crap?

Does your drive show any error codes? I would also check your cables to make sure.
I do not have your model but I get the feeling that its a problem that happens. I just got the same error.
I would contact their main Support people and get it repaired if its still under warranty.

Thanks for responding Steve. I don't really get an error as a Windows dialog. It JUST happened again. I was working with files in this folder about an hour ago. I went back to work on it and this is what I get. I have attached an image.

I just wish someone had an idea of some troubleshooting steps I can take to see if it's a network issue, but I don't have any problems with the other computers in my home connecting and staying connected to each other.

EDIT: Or the folder will be completely empty which makes my heart drop hoping I didn't just lose all my files. So far I have not, but it's kind of sad that I don't feel like I can trust my backup source.
