TS5400D not reporting drivespace to NAS navigator2

FW version 2.43
about 500GB of data on drive and NAS navigator is reporting 0.0GB/5493.9 GB (0.0%)

Any iscsi volumes created? The NAS navigator will not report data use on iscsi volumes.
PM me for TFTP / Boot Images / Recovery files  LSRecovery.exe file.

Just performed a full factory restore and dumped some data back on. Still reporting zero space used as attachment above.
