Can't access files on HD-H1.0TGL/R5

Just upgraded to a Windows 8 computer and cannot access the Terastation (HD-H1.0TGL/R5) via File Explorer.  I can access it via the web interface and via NAS Navigtor2 (version 2.56).  The Terastation has firmware version 2.16.  If I try to browse the files with either WIndows File Explorer or NAS Navigator2 Browse function, it asks for but will not accept my admin password.  Note this password does work when accessing the Terastation via the web browser.  Any help will be greatly appreciated.

try this change level security tool for Windows 8 however offically Windows 8 is not supported on this unit.

I am having the exact same problem.  The link indicated in the last post doesn't work.  Can you point me to the right link?
