cant get into linkstation pro urgent help

the last saturday my linkstation had a problem, i coundt get into my shared folders on the net only shows le info and the printers folders, i am worry and hurry because i had all my office information there, maybe it gone. but in the nasnavigator looks like 70% full, so my info is there bbut i cant access, i was using the admin password to configure but doest work i dont know what to do. i did try reset but i coundt. can someone help me

do you have a model numer?  Also what firmware are you running?  Do you have access restrictions set?

it is a ls-500gl

i already intalled the firmware update 1.15 and show me 3 of 4 folders about 100gbs of 364 and i cant get into  the web admin it shows Either the User Name or Password is incorrect whit "admin" "password"

   i did have access restrictions but the weir thing is i don need for see those folders now
