Hi all,

I have a question here. I have recently brought a new Linkstation Pro Quad and 2x WD 3T RED HDD. I installed everything and configure both HDD to RAID1. Then I encounter the I17 message. The Linkstation is 'resyncing' the drives.

Question now is, does resyncing needed for empty disk drive? What is the hardware trying to syncronize here? It took very long time. It have been a day and the NAS still indicating me the I17 message. Is it something wrong with my setup or something wrong with my 2 WD RED HDD.

Regards,
ckbernie
