Web Access Problem

I'm trying to set up web access with bullafonas.com.

In the instructions, it says there's supposed to be menu called "WebAccess", and submenus called "Folders Setup" and "Service Sutup."

In the Linkstation configuration menus, there is a WebAccess menu, but there are no submenus. I cannot find "Service Setup" anywhere. Also, instead of a WebAccess heading, it says "undefined."

Very odd, first of all reset it via the admin page (maintenance -> Initalization -> Reset Linkstation)
