LS-X3.0TL intermittent starting problem after sleeptimer

Having a LS-X3.0TL with firmware 1.65 and Nas Navigator version 2.69:
The Linkstation goes to sleep at night(by way of the builtin timer feature) and wakes up the following morning.
This works fine but for 1-2 times a month, I have the issue of the LS not being accessible in any way after the system wakes up. It is spinning but blue light flashes. The only way to get it running is a power down and up.

The other thing is (and I assume to be related), I sometimes CAN access the drives, but Nas Navigator does not see the LS and you CAN start the admin web interface(via browser), but can't login. The only remedy here is also a power down and up(as I can't shut the system down in a controlled fashion). Disc is 40% filled.

Anyone have an idea?
