HS-DH500GL-R Can't get to files on the drive... Why?

So I go away and all is well. When I return I can no longer see the folders or files that are on the drive. The drive had been turned off and unplugged from the network.

I used to be able to see a thing called info as well as share and printers. Now I only see share and printers. And in the share folder there is only one of the folders I had in there, and only a few folders in there. However when I run the NAS navigator it still shows the drive as having a lot of space used.

I had also had this hooked upto my network to use as a media server for the PS3. It does not show up on the PS3 at all now. What happened?

Per our forum guidelines may I ask that you post the firmware that is running on the NAS as shown by the NAS Navigator utility?

Sorry I just updated it to 2.11.

 

Talked to Buffalo tech support for over an hour and found no resolution to the problem. Forced flashed, reset, etc. It won't allow access to the web interface. It gives me a log in screen, then will not accept the admin/password to acces it. Even after resest.

I can access the drive, but not the information that was on it. I can put new data on it though. It also will not show up as a media server.

Are you running any type of countermeasures? Firewall, anti-virus, etc.? Norton in my experience has caused problems with logging into a web admin interface. That and high security settings on a browser. Also, AVG and the like have prevented access to network resources as well.
