Issue - LinkStation LS-WX2.0TL/R1 web interfaces slow

Hello!

Firmware:1.68
Router: Airport Extreme 5th generation
ISP: Optical(Up:100Mbit Down:100Mbit)

Three days ago i bought a LinkStation LS-WX2.0TL/R1 for home use(store pictures and videos), i configured it to RAID 1, all worked well, the transfer speed are all ok.
Upload speed 10 to 20MB/s
Download the same as upload

The big problem is that opening the web interface(192.168.1.11) or the web access interface(***.***.***.***:9000) take like 10-20seconds. "BitTorrent open like instantly, no issue there."
Even if i connect the LinkStation directly to my laptops, both web interfaces are slow

Is there a way to fix this?
