Good Afternoon,

I downloaded and installed Navigator2 2.69 on my Windows 7 machine.  I have model number LS-WV4.0TL/R1

At the Link Station NAS log in screen I enter my username and password and click login.  The page goes white for a flash, then I'm asked to provide my username and password again.  And again, and again, and again......  until I'm fed up and decide to ask what's going on in this forum.

It's the correct username and password because I can log in on my laptop but that's using Navigator 2.51.

What's going on?

It doesn't matter what version of Nas Navigator you are using. Its your pcs fault. Most likely you are using internet explorer, if so you need to run in comparability mode for that page. Or you can use Firefox or chrome.
Units I own: TS-XL, TS-WXL, LS-WVL, TS-RXL,  TS5400, TS-RVHL,

I don't work for Buffalo but i do love there products enough to help people
