After rebooting the NAS I get a cannot mount error, I check the array through the web console, it fixes the problem but does not clear the error from the display.

Everytime I reboot this happens appears dead until I check the array, appears fixed but does not clear from the units display(shows red and the error).

I have tried:

rebuilding array and restoring from backup
restore the nas (all kinds of settings are lost and should be noted, webaccess key, groups etc)

Firmware is 1.59

Any ideas?

What kind of additional information would be helpful to diagnose the issue?
