Until I updated to V2.11 on my HS-DH500GL, I never saw this problem.  During FTP UPLOAD transfers the connection

will get a timeout message from the dh500gl.  The connection will continue and the uploads will go through.

I am using FTPZILLA.  The error will happen evertime at the 900 second mark.

The only timeout responce within FTPZILLA is for a really dead connection when it will try again.  The only options

on the buffalo side is "On or Off".

Ideas about what is going wrong?

You could try re-initializing the unit. After a firmware update this is a good idea so the footprints of the old firmware is removed. Log into the NAS web admin and go to Maintenance->Initialization->Restore.

That sounds like a wipeout. Am I right?  I got way to much info on it.  And too long to save new/restore all that data.

No it just resets the settings. Your data should remain intact.
