I unplugged my Linkstation last night after it wouldn't shut down. When I turned it back on it was in EM mode.

I downloaded the firmware updater and it's gotten past all the rebooting steps and is now asking me for an admin password. The password I set up isn't working and "password" isn't working.

I've seen instructions for using a file to update the password, but it's an exe and I have a mac. What now? Just trying to get back to functionality.

Well, I got it working again. I can access it and use files from the linkstation on my computer, but now it won't show up on my PS3 or WD-TV Live.

So it's up and running, but I can't watch anything on my tv.
