ask for usb power supply cable

Dear technicians,

I bought a portable HD with the model HD-PF320U2 a couple of months ago.

Now, I lost the usb power supply cabble. I'm in Vietnam and I wonder where I can buy another one. If outside vietnam, where can I make the order for that cable.

Was the device purchased in the US?

Unfortunately, our US tech support can only replace missing parts for customers/devices bought in the US. You would have to contact Buffalo Japan to have parts replaced. Of course if you reside in the US you can contact our tech support as well.
