Windows 8 version of Buffalo ministation Air App

Please could you advise if there will ever be a Windows 8 or Windows Phone 8 App for the Buffalo Ministation Air so I can access it from my Windows Phone\Windows RT device via Wifi.

 

If not I would like to develope one myself and it would be great if anybody could provide the ports\protocols used by the device for comms.

 

Please, please, please provide somethig because I really don't want to sell the device and find one that supports Windows. Surely the file system can be exposed via HTTP like the device config site.
