WZR-HP-G300NH DHCP Server Setup

I'm trying to set some staic DHCP entries and the settings dont seem to get applied after both applying settings and rebooting the router.  Do the staic IPs have to fall in the alloted DHCP range?  What am I missing?  Do I need to populate the Host Name field?

Issue resolved...  I was not clicking "save" before clicking "apply settings".  The fields are smptied when "apply settings" is clicked before saving.  This seems odd.  But its fixed!
