Problem with Backup via USB with LS-WTGL/R1-V3

Hello,

i am having problems to backup my LS-Files to an USB-Drive. When you use "Backup" Options (problem with any option) it begins backuping the files but after some time just stops with an "An error has occurred." Message in the Admin Console. I have no Idea what the problem might be...i tried differen USB drives...same problem all the time....i am Backupping about 500GB of Data to the USB drive, also tried splitting on two different USB drives, that i connected..but same error :-/

Are there any logs, where I can find more information.....the message does not give me any clue: :-/

   Have you gone through the usb option to format the drive to xfs?  That could be your issue along with updating firmware is always a good idea.
