Urgent Help - HD-CE500U2 is not working in Vista 64 bit

Hi All,

 

Thanks for the help the other day, but now Ihave another problem. On my new PC it's now runing Vista 64 bit, and I can't get the SecureLockWare to work properly. I have installed the 2.62 version, which went all OK and when I inserted the USB lead for the disk it told me to remove and reinsert as it was securelock enables. Did that, but the disk never shows up in Vista 64?

   I would try reinstalling the securelock software.

   I faced the same problem too. Reinstalling secureLockware does not help. Can anyone confirm is SecureLockWare Vista 64 compatible? Otherwise I won't waste my time keep on trying but rather switch to other products or use other encryption software. Thank you.

Buffalo only support 32bit OS SLW will not work on a 64bit OS as far as im aware.
