When I log into the web interface, the default language is Chinese.  I cant seem to change this at all.  I have looked at the manual online and tried to follow as much as i could how to change under Basic Options the default language, but when i change it it never stays to english and defaults back to chinese.

Has anyone encountered this and if so can you assist me?

Thanks in advance

Try the steps on this link, if this does not work then reboot the unit after the changes are made
