   Hi - I cant seem to find an answer to this

I am aware that web access is available with this NAS

I realise I can make my files available to other users to download HOWEVER can they upload to me ??

Yes, this is possible.  There is an "upload file" link at the bottom of the page, that allows users up upload files to the share.  The downside is that they have to upload them one at a time.

 

FTP is a better choice for users that need up upload multiple files to you.
