LS-CHL cannot be found on iTunes?

Firmware Version: 1.06

Model: LinkStation Live (LS-CHL) 500GB

Workstation details: XP SP3 32-bit, iTunes 8.1.1.10 (latest version)

 

I have followed instructions found on the internet of enabling shared libraries and editing my music location from my local hard drive to the new LS network drive.

 

However, on the left under the Shared tab appears my NAS drive, yet iTunes cannot connect to it. I have made sure to turn all firewalls off and enable the port "3689" but iTunes says it cannot find the drive.

 

Any ideas? :(

What is the IP address of the Linkstation and of your computer?
