Files deleted from the terastation pro does not goes to the trashbox!!!

My terastation pro rack mount is having this problem that . files was deleted from the server does not goes to the trash box!!!

 

how happen? Please help.

What FW version?

 

Is this the default "Share" folder? If so create a new one and try it, also make sure "recycle bin" is enabled

it is not the default share. it was working previously but the trash box was working until 3 months ago. now all files was deleted after 3months is not show in the trashbox.

   I am also having the same problem with a Terastation Pro II with fw 1.27. Has this been acknowledged as a known problem?
