I have tried many ways to format and restore MBR but everything failed. Is there something or someone that could help me?

Are you ggetting any sort of error message?  Are you using a desktop or a laptop?  Are you using both usb cables?

No, the only thing happen is the sound of the recognizement of USB device but it doesn´t appears in the devices list. I´m using desktop and a single usb cable. When I connect the HD its lights turns on.
